The TalentSprout and Zoho Recruit integration has two parts. Complete both for a fully automated loop: invites go out when candidates apply, and results come back into Zoho when interviews are completed.
1. Connect Zoho Recruit (sync results back)
Log in to Zoho from the Integrations tab in TalentSprout. This connects your account so completed interview scores, summaries, and reports sync automatically back into your Zoho Recruit candidate records. It takes about two minutes and requires no setup in Zoho.
2. Set up the workflow (auto-send interview invites)
Create a simple Zoho Recruit workflow that automatically emails the TalentSprout interview link to candidates when they apply. This is the outbound side of the integration, so candidates are invited without any manual sending.
Tip: Step 1 (sync back) and Step 2 (auto-send) are independent. You can set them up in either order, but we recommend doing both so the full process runs hands-free.
