Organization-level branding

Your organization branding is the default for all interviews and share pages. It is managed across two sections in Settings:

Company details — Where your logos and company info live:

  • Square logo — Used as an icon/avatar on interview widgets and candidate-facing screens.

  • Horizontal logo — Displayed in headers on share pages and shortlists.

  • Company name — Displayed on interview overview pages and share link headers.

Custom Branding — Where you configure brand colors and share link behavior:

  • Click Edit style to customize your Background color and Accent color for interviews.

  • Toggle Brand Share Links to display your company logo on public share pages instead of the TalentSprout logo.

Interview-level branding overrides

You can override the organization branding for a specific interview. This is useful if you're hiring for a subsidiary, different brand, or client.

On the interview's Settings tab, there are two override sections:

Override company branding — Toggle on to use custom brand colors for this interview instead of your organization defaults. When enabled, click Edit style to set the background and accent colors.

Override share links branding — Toggle on to override your organization's Brand Share Links setting. When enabled, you can:

  • Toggle Brand share links to show your company logo on share pages for this interview.

  • Toggle Use interview logo to use this interview's logo instead of the organization logo.

💡

Tip: Interview-level overrides are especially useful for staffing agencies or companies hiring across multiple brands.

Where branding appears

Your branding shows up in several candidate and team-facing surfaces:

  • Interview widget — Candidates see your logo and company name on the overview page before starting.

  • Share links — When you share a candidate's results with a hiring manager, the page header displays your branding.

  • Shortlist pages — Shared shortlists show your company logo and name.

Share link privacy settings

When sharing candidate results externally, you can control what information is visible. On the interview's Settings tab, find Share link privacy and click Edit settings:

  • Candidate name display — Choose how the candidate's name appears: Full name, First name only, or Anonymous.

  • Show candidate email — Toggle whether the email address is visible on the share page.

  • Show candidate phone number — Toggle whether the phone number is visible.

  • Show candidate resume — Toggle whether the resume document is accessible on the share page.

These privacy settings apply to all share links and shortlists for this interview.

⚠️

Privacy tip: For confidential searches, use first-name-only or anonymous name display on share links to protect candidate identity.

Tips for professional branding

  • Use a high-resolution square logo for the best appearance across all screen sizes.

  • Keep your horizontal logo clean — It appears on a white background, so logos with transparent backgrounds work best.

  • Consider privacy — For confidential searches, use first-name-only or anonymous name display on share links.

  • Override branding per interview when hiring across multiple brands or for staffing agency use cases.
