What is an organization in TalentSprout?
An organization is your company's workspace in TalentSprout. It holds your team members, interviews, candidates, integrations, billing, and branding — all in one place. Every interview you create and every candidate who completes one belongs to your organization.
When you sign up for TalentSprout, you'll be guided through a short onboarding flow to set up your organization before you can start creating interviews.
Completing the onboarding flow
After signing up, TalentSprout walks you through two steps to configure your organization:
Step 1 — Enter your company website
You'll see the heading "Tell us about your company".
Enter your company website URL in the Company website field.
Click Next. TalentSprout analyzes your website to automatically extract your company details.
Step 2 — Review and adjust your company details
TalentSprout shows what it learned from your website under "What we learned about your company". Review and adjust these fields:
Company name (required) — Your company's name as it will appear on interviews and share pages.
Location (optional) — Your primary office location (e.g., "Toronto, Canada").
Company logo (optional) — Upload a logo image. Click Upload logo to browse your files.
About your company (optional) — A description of your company, what you do, and who you serve.
If TalentSprout's auto-detected information is incorrect, edit any field directly. Click Back to change the website URL.
When you're ready, click Finish setting up. You'll land on your dashboard with a welcome message and can start creating interviews immediately.
Editing your organization details later
You can update any of your organization details at any time from the Settings page:
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Open the Company details section.
Update your company name, website, location, logos, or description.
Your Company website field also has a Regenerate button to re-extract details from your site.
Setting up company logos
TalentSprout supports two logo formats, both managed in the Company details section of Settings:
Square logo — Used on interview screens, candidate-facing widgets, and as your company avatar.
Horizontal logo — Used on share pages and shortlist headers.
To upload or replace logos, click the upload button next to either logo in Company details. Click Remove to delete a logo.
Customizing your brand style
In addition to logos, TalentSprout lets you customize how your brand appears on interviews and share pages:
Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
Open the Custom Branding section.
Click Edit style to customize your background color and accent color.
Toggle on Brand Share Links to display your company logo on public share pages.
If you override branding at the individual interview level, those settings take priority over your organization defaults. See the "Branding your interviews and share pages" article for details.
How your organization data is used
Your company name, logo, and details appear in several places across TalentSprout:
Interview widget — Candidates see your company name, logo, and job description before starting their interview.
Share links — When you share candidate results with a hiring manager, your branding appears on the page header.
Shortlist pages — Shared shortlists display your company branding.
Email templates — Interview invitation emails reference your company name.
Keeping your organization profile complete and up-to-date ensures a professional, branded experience for both candidates and your team.
