Sharing a single candidate
To share a candidate's results with someone outside your team (e.g., a hiring manager):
Open the candidate detail page.
Click the Share button in the header.
The Share candidate profile modal offers three options:
Copy profile link (Recommended) β Copies a public link to the candidate's results.
Share via email β Copies a pre-written email template with the link that you can paste into your email client.
Email candidate directly (if the candidate provided an email) β Opens your default email client to email the candidate.
The share link opens a public page that shows:
Candidate name (based on your privacy settings)
Overall score and evaluation breakdown
Interview recording and transcript
Resume (if enabled in privacy settings)
π‘
Good to know: Share pages do not display integrity monitoring data. Only your team sees anti-cheat results.
Sharing a shortlist
To share multiple shortlisted candidates at once:
Open the interview detail page.
Go to the Candidates tab.
Click the Share shortlist button in the header (available when at least one candidate has the "Shortlisted" status). The button shows the count of shortlisted candidates.
The Share candidate shortlist modal offers two options:
Copy shortlist link (Recommended) β Copies a public link to the shortlist.
Share via email β Copies a pre-written email template with the link.
The shortlist page shows all shortlisted candidates for that interview, with their scores and evaluations, in a sortable layout. Recipients can click into individual candidates from the shortlist.

Tip: To add candidates to the shortlist, set their status to "Shortlisted" on the candidate detail page.
Controlling what share links display
You can configure what information is visible on share pages:
Open the interview and go to the Settings tab.
Find the Share link privacy section and click Edit settings.
Configure the following in the modal:
Candidate name display β Choose between Full name, First name only, or Anonymous (replaces the name with "Anonymous Candidate" for blind reviews).
Show candidate email β Whether the candidate's email appears on shared pages.
Show candidate phone number β Whether the phone number appears on shared pages.
Show candidate resume β Whether the resume document is displayed on shared pages.
Click Save changes. These settings apply to all share links and shortlists for the interview.
Exporting candidates to CSV
To download candidate data for external analysis or reporting:
Open the interview detail page.
Click the Export button in the header.
A CSV file downloads with candidate data including names, emails, scores, statuses, and completion dates.
The export includes all candidates for that interview based on your current filters.
Emailing a candidate directly
If a candidate provided their email, you can reach out from the candidate detail page:
Click Email candidate in the header.
Your default email client opens with the candidate's address pre-filled.
Tips for sharing effectively
Set privacy settings before sharing β Review name display and contact info visibility before sending links to external stakeholders.
Use shortlists for panel reviews β When multiple hiring managers need to review candidates, a single shortlist link is cleaner than sending individual links.
Export to CSV for stakeholders who prefer spreadsheets or need data in their own systems.
