Understanding Plans and Pricing

Compare TalentSprout plans and understand how interview usage is counted.

Available plans

TalentSprout offers three plans:

Starter

Designed for small teams getting started with AI interviews.

  • Includes a monthly interview allowance

  • 2 team seats included

  • All platform features: AI voice and video interviews, candidate scorecards, pre-screening, custom scoring, analytics, ATS / API integration, full custom branding, and 50+ languages

  • Email support

Growth

Designed for growing teams with higher volume hiring needs.

  • Higher monthly interview allowance

  • 5 team seats included

  • All platform features (same as Starter β€” no feature gating)

  • Priority support

Enterprise

Designed for large organizations and white-label partners.

  • Unlimited interviews and team seats

  • Custom voices and white-label branding

  • Advanced analytics and reporting

  • Dedicated account manager

Tip: All plans include the same core features β€” there's no feature gating between Starter and Growth. The difference is interview volume and team seats.

Free trial

Every new organization starts with a 7-day free trial of the Growth plan. During the trial:

  • You have full access to all Growth features.

  • A trial badge appears in the sidebar showing days remaining.

  • No payment method is required to start.

  • At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to select a plan and add billing information.

How interview usage is counted

A billable interview is counted when a candidate completes an AI interview β€” meaning they go through the full conversation and an evaluation is generated.

The following do not count toward your usage:

  • Preview/demo interviews.

  • Candidates who start but do not complete the interview (abandoned sessions).

  • Candidates who are filtered out by pre-screening before reaching the interview.

Your current usage is displayed in Settings > Plan and usage. A summary also appears on the Interviews page overview card.

Overage pricing

If you exceed your plan's included interviews in a billing period, additional interviews are automatically billed at your plan's per-interview overage rate. You'll see your current usage β€” including any overage interviews β€” in the Plan and usage section of Settings.

Upgrading or downgrading

To change your plan:

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

  2. Find the Plan and usage section.

  3. Click Change plan.

  4. Select the new plan and confirm.

Note: Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the start of your next billing period.

To see a detailed feature comparison:

  • Visit the Pricing page at talentsprout.ai/pricing.

  • Or click Change plan in Settings to see the comparison within the dashboard.
